Partaker offering us the first model of mini PC with Intel 8th generation Kaby Lake R processor, a brand with which we have been collaborating for years analyzing their products and is always on the cutting edge in their sector. This new mini PC model Partaker B15 mount the processors Intel Core i5-8250Uand Intel i7-8550U two models that double the number of cores and threads compared to the previous generation Kaby Lake, which is a notorious improvement in multitasking.
The Partaker B15 mini PC come with classic design in plastic box with active fan, soon we will have more models available and of course the metallic version with passive cooling that gives good results as we have seen in our reviews. For this first model we have two designs, one very compact that only allows to mount a disk in M.2 format and another more higher that gives us the option of mounting M.2 and 2.5″ SSD disk.
Partaker B15 debuts the 8th generation of Intel by assembling the Intel Core i5-8250U and Intel Core i7-8550U processors, two products that vary from each other only in the process speed and the integrated cache. The 8th generation of Intel is quite conservative but stands out that now we have twice the number of cores and threads, at the GPU level we have the same solution as the 7th generation.

At the level of connections we have three USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.0 Type-A, another USB 3.0 Type-C, audio jack in/out, miniDP 4K@60fps, HDMI 1.4 4K@30fps, Gigabit Ethernet port, Wifi adapter with Integrated Bluetooth and two DDR4 SODIMM memory slots up to 2400MHz. This model includes a VESA support plate to hang it behind our monitor, electrical adapter and HDMI cable.
